Riverland Community College remained unbeaten Friday night with a dominant 97–58 win over Minnesota North College–Itasca. RCC led 40–31 at halftime but had a very strong second-half performance.
Tristan Coleman (Maywood. IL) poured in a career-high netting 30 points (12-16 FG) notching a double-double snatching 10 rebounds (9 Offensive). Freshman guard Cam Fearon (Margate, FL) 23 points (9-12 FG / 5-8 3PT). Sophomore forward Nick Edland (Rose Creek, MN) 10 points & 6 rebounds. Sophomore guard Romelle Bell (Chicago, IL) 8 points, 4 rebounds & 3 steals. Sophomore guard Tyson Helms (Tucson, AZ) 7 points, 5 assists & 3 steals. Riverland's depth was a major factor again, with 11 players scoring and the bench providing 50 points.
Defensively, the Blue Devils forced 24 turnovers and outrebounded Itasca 45–28, fueling transition scoring and consistent momentum throughout the second half.
Riverland continues conference play next week looking to extend its undefeated start.
