Riverland Community College continued its strong start to the season with an 86–72 road victory over Central Lakes College–Brainerd on Saturday afternoon. 

Riverland set the tone early, building a 45–28 halftime lead behind efficient offense and control of the glass. The Blue Devils shot 50.7 percent from the field for the game and outrebounded Central Lakes 48–22, limiting second-chance opportunities for the Raiders.

Riverland stayed composed, converting timely baskets and maintaining defensive pressure to keep the margin comfortable down the stretch.

Freshman guard Isaiah Lindor (Miami, FL) poured in a career-high 26 points (5-8 3PT) & snatched 6 rebounds. Sophomore forward Joe Poyser (Wildwood, FL) 16 points (8-11 FG) & 8 rebounds. Freshman center Elhadji Thiam (Dakar, Senega) 14 points (7-8 FG), 7 rebounds & 3 blocks. Sophomore guard Lubab Kambalo (Sioux Falls, SD) 11 points. Sophomore forward Nick Edland (Rose Creek, MN) 9 points (4-5 FG).
