Blue Devils Volleyball Comes Up Short On The Road At Century

The Riverland Women's volleyball team dropped a three-set match on Saturday afternoon at Century College, falling 10–25, 16–25, 13–25.

Century's offense was sharp from the start, finishing with a .403 hitting percentage and 35 kills as a team. The Blue Devils battled but were unable to keep pace, hitting .063 overall.

Brienna Brewer (Rapid City, SD) led Riverland with 8 kills while also collecting 9 digs. Macey Johnson (Chandler, AZ) dished out 16 assists and added 3 service aces, while Isis Walters (Faribault, MN) anchored the back row with a team-high 16 digs. Brea Belting (Owatonna, MN) and Brenna Grade (Wausau, WI) each added 3 kills, with Grade contributing 2 block assists at the net.

Riverland moves to (6-6) overall on the season and will look to regroup next Tuesday at Ellsworth.
